Internal tools are represented as a system map. Customer data, financial values, internal addresses, credentials, and security controls are intentionally omitted.
Public and event sales
The public site carries the brand, products, ordering handoff, and live booth information. Event listings give customers one current place to check where Chookies will be next.
At the booth, the POS keeps checkout focused on event service. Deferred-payment workflows let the team record a sale when settlement follows later, without losing the link between the sale and its payment state.
Chookies Lab
Chookies Lab is the operating workspace. It connects event planning, products, inventory, production, reporting, finance, and reconciliation without forcing each job into the checkout interface.
Customer record
Crumbs presents quotes, receipts, and related documents outside the internal tools. The customer gets a readable record; the operating team keeps the source linked to the same underlying work.
Chookies Club connects membership, receipt history, visits, and rewards. It gives returning customers continuity across event purchases while keeping membership separate from the public ordering experience.
Infrastructure and operations
The products share a backend and deployment infrastructure while keeping their responsibilities distinct. Release verification checks the intended build and production targets before a change is treated as shipped.
Ongoing work covers product changes, operational fixes, release maintenance, and the small adjustments that keep event-day and customer-facing workflows usable.
